NP Springfield work highlighted in MassDevelopment Transformative Development Initiative update

NP was featured in MassDevelopment's December newsletter for its Transformative Development Initiative (TDI).  NP is working with the City of Springfield to implement a vision for a mixed-use district known as the Springfield Innovation District.

TDI is an effort targeted at Massachusetts' Gateway Cities.   TDI works to build community engagement and identity; increase economic activity and investment; and improve the quality of life for residents.   Springfield is one of twelve TDI districts under development in Massachusetts.
